The DM-CO GN355 Box Security Camera is a high quality security camera that offers high resolution at an affordable price. The 1/3" Sony HAD CCD chipset included in this camera allows for a superior 550 TV lines. For situations where the lighting may be limited, the camera's low 0.3 Lux offers the Automatic Gain Control (AGC) feature to allow it to get brighter quality pictures in lower lit conditions. For situations in which the environment offers too much lighting, the DM-CO GN355 also offer the Auto White Balance and the Back Light Compensation (BLC) features to counteract the potentially overwhelming brightness in lighting. Combined with its Auto White Balance capability, the on/off option for the AGC and the BLC features allows for picture quality with minimal flickering. Lens not included. The camera work on Dual voltage: 12V DC or 24V AC.

FL (Flickerless)

The Flickerless mode can overcome flickering on the screen in case that the AC power frequency is different from the vertical sync frequency of the camera. If the camera is used with 50 Hz fluorescent lighting, there maybe flicker on the screen. In this case, FL switch should be set to ON position, but, FL switch should be set to OFF in 60 Hz power source.

AGC (Automatic Gain Control)

The AGC function automatically controls signal gain in the range of maximum 28dB. With AGC ON, the camera's sensitivity is automatically increased when the level of ambient light drops.

BLC (Back Light Compensation)

The Backlight Compensation function automatically adjust the video level so as to preserve visibility in important section of the scene. Strong light from an object's background may cause the lens iris to close, possibly obscuring or darkening desired portions of the scene.
